- Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh bagaimana kinerja Guru Sejarah yang bersertifikasi dalam menyusun RPP di SMA Se-Kecamatan Kemiling. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja guru sejarah bersertifikasi berdasarkan standar proses di SMA Se-Kecamatan Kemiling kota Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan analisis data deskriptif. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah guru sejarah yang bersertifikasi di SMA yang terdapat di seluruh kecamatan Kemiling yaitu sebanyak 8 guru dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Guru Mata Pelajaran Sejarah SMA se-Kecamatan Kemiling memiliki kinerja yang termasuk kategori “Baik” dengan rata-rata nilai kedelapan guru pada kualifikasi kinerja guru dalam penyusunan RPP sebesar 81. Kata kunci: kinerja guru sejarah, sertifikasi dan standar proses. PERFORMANCE OF CERTIFIED HISTORY TEACHERS BASED ON STANDARD PROCESS IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL AT KEMILING DISTRICT, BANDAR LAMPUNG ACADEMIC YEAR 2017/2018 The background of this research is the performance of the certified History teachers in preparing lesson plan in all of senior high school at Kemiling district. The purpose of this research is to know the performance of the certified History teachers based on standard process in all of senior high school at Kemiling district, Bandar Lampung, academic year 2017/2018. The method used in this research is qualitative with descriptive data analysis. The population and the sample of this research are 8 certified History teachers in all of senior high school at Kemiling district. The result shows that those teachers had a ‘good’ category with the average value of eight teachers on teacher performance qualification in lesson plan preparation is 81.
