Metode penelitian menggunakan Research and Development. Alat pengumpulan data menggunakan test dan non test. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 256 peserta didik. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik area random sampling sebanyak 71 siswa. Tempat penelitian di SD Negeri 01 Sukamaju. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terwujudnya LKPD tematik dengan model inkuiri efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar dengan peningkatan N-Gain sebesar 0,436 kategori sedang, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0.8. dengan rerata 3.88 dengan kategori kritis.&#xD; &#xD; &#xD; Kata kunci: lkpd, model inkuiri, berpikir kritis &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; &#xD; abstract&#xD; &#xD; This study aims were to know the affectiveness of the development produk which is the students&#x2019; thematic work sheet with Inquiry model to increase students&#x2019; learning outcomes and critical thinking at elementary school grade IV. This research model uses Research and Development. Data collection tools use test and non test. The number of population were 256 students. Sampling was done by area random sampling technique as many as 71 students. Place of study in SD Negeri 01 Sukamaju. Data were analyzed using N-Gain test.
