Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Swasta Metro di Kota Metro

- Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : 1) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru, 3) Pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode survey. Populasi penelitian adalah guru SMK Swasta di kota Metro. Sampel diambil sebanyak 98 orang yang diambil dengan teknik Cluster Random Sampling dari populasi berjumlah 363 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Swastadi Kota Metro. 2) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru SMK Swasta di Kota Metro. 3) Ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja guru di SMK Swasta di Kota Metro. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Kinerja Guru The purpose of this research is to description and analysis: 1) Whether there is a positive and significant influence of the principal transformasional leadership toward the teacher performance, 2) Whether there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal comunication toward the teacher performance 3) Whether there is a positive and significant influence jointly between transformational leadership and interpersonal comunication toward the teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with survey method. The research population were teachers of private vocational school in Metro. Samples taken as many as 98 peolpe by using cluster random sampling tecnique from a population 363 people. The research data were taken using a Likert Scale, then analyzed using descrptive statistics and inferencial statistics. The research results give the conclusions that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of principal transformasional leadership toward the teachers performance of private vocational school in Metro City. 2) there is a positive and significant influence of interpersonal comunication toward the teachers performance of private vocational school in Metro City. 3) There is a positive and significant influence jointly between transformasional leadership and interpersonal comunication toward the teacher performance of private vocational school in Metro City.
