- ABSTRACT THE FEASIBILITY ANALYSIS AND SMALL TOFU INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY IN SUB GADINGREJO DISTRICT PRINGSEWU LAMPUNG By: Frendy Satrio The purpose of this paper to identify and analyze the financial feasibility of smallscale tofu industries in the district Gadingrejo Pringsewu Lampung regency. The analysis used in this study is the NPV, Net B/C, Gross B/C, PP, R/C Ratio, ROI, and IRR. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be deduced that the NPV (Net Present Value) of Industry Business out small scale in District Gadingrejo District Pringsewu eligible to run because it has a positive NPV, the value of the Net B / C> 1 and the average ROI is 12,7% average gross benefit cost ratio (Gross B / C) is the sum of 1.11 means that out of every one-unit project costs incurred able to generate gross benefit of 1,11. So it is said that the small-scale tofu industries in the district Gadingrejo District Pringsewu feasible investment and running the company's operations. ABSTRAK ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN INDUSTRITAHU SKALA KECIL DI KECAMATAN GADINGREJO KABUPATEN PRINGSEWULAMPUNG Oleh Frendy Satrio Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kelayakan finansial industry tahu skala kecil di kecamatan Gadingrejo kabupaten Pringsewu Lampung. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah NPV, Net B/C, Gross B/C, PP, R/C Ratio, ROI, dan IRR. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa NPV (Net Present Value) Usaha Industri tahu skala kecil di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu layak dijalankan karena memiliki nilai NPV positif, nilai Net B/C > 1 dan rata-rata nilai ROI adalah sebesar 12,7 %, Nilai ratarata Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C) adalah Sebesar 1,11 Artinya, dari setiap satu-satuan biaya yang dikeluarkan proyek mampu menghasilkan manfaat kotor sebesar 1,11. Sehingga dikatakan bahwa industri tahu skala kecil di Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu layak untuk dilakukan investasi dan menjalankan operasional perusahaan.
