Social reform</subject><description>ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari program pemberdayaan yaitu program Walikota terhadap nelayan kerang hijau dan untuk mengetahui dampak pelaksanaan program Walikota yang dirasakan oleh nelayan kerang hijau. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pulau Pasaran, Kelurahan Kota Karang, Kecamatan Telukbetung Timur, Kota Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Teknik penentuan informan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 (lima) nelayan kerang hijau yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) ketua kelompok dan 2 (dua) anggota kelompok nelayan kerang hijau. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data (display) dan verifikasi data. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa program Walikota cukup efektif membantu kehidupan nelayan kerang hijau menjadi lebih baik dan memberikan dampak positif dari segi ekonomi. Kata Kunci: Program Walikota, Pemberdayaan, Efektivitas dan Dampak Program Walikota. ABSTRACT This research aims to know the effectiveness of the empowerment program which is a Mayor program of the green mussel fishermen and to know the impact of the implementation of the Mayor program perceived by green mussels fishermen. This research was conducted at the Pasaran Island, Kota Karang Village, Eastern Telukbetung District, Bandar Lampung City. This research use a qualitative method.Technique determination of informants in this research using purposive sampling technique so that the informants in this study is five (5) green mussels fishing which consists of 3 (three) chairman and two (2) members of the green mussel fishermen group. Data analysis was performed with the stages of data reduction, data presentation (display) and verification of data. From this research it is known that the Mayor program is quite effective to help the green mussels fisherman become better and have a positive impact in terms of economics.
