  • The purpose of this study was to obtain data and facts are valid, correct and reliable whether there is influence of Professionalism, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Against Teacher in Junior High School Performance Pamulang South Tangerang. The study was conducted over six months from April 2011 to October 2011. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population in the study were all Secondary Schools Teachers Pamulang South Tangerang. While affordability is a teacher population of civil servants by 70 people. Samples are used as much as 58 people. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling techniques (random sampling technique). Based on the calculations and analysis can be made the conclusion, that there is influence, directly or indirectly between: (1). Professionalism of organizational commitment (2) Job Satisfaction on Organizational commitment (3) Professionalism of Teacher Performance (4) Job satisfaction of teacher performance (5 ). The organization's commitment to the Teacher Performance.
