- Student is an individual who follow the learning process in college. Students will succeed if their potential can be used effectively. one of the student self potential is self efficacy. Self efficacy is one's ability to judge himself, the better someone judge himself, the more likely he become successful. Considering the importance of self efficacy, it may also affect student's effort and behaviours in term of their academic duties as a student. lecturer as a facilitator and motivator in learning process should notice students's self-efficacy so that he is able to meet the student need. self efficacy is associated with students' intrinsic motivation and self confidence
