  • This study aims to determine Soybean (Glycine max L.) var Baluran yields with application of Local Microorganism (MOL) derived from stump of banana tree and goat manure. This research was carried in field trials Polytechnic of Jember, District Sumbersari, Jember. This study uses a randomized complete block design factorial with two factors and 3 repetitions, factor concentration of MOL (M) 3 level is 0 ml/L, 50 ml/L, 100 ml/L banana weevil. 3 levels factor dose manure goat (K) is the 0 g/plot, 4 g/plot, 6 g/ plot. Data was analyzed using ANOVA and then further tested by using DMRT level of 5%. These results indicate that addition concentration of MOL (M) provides real effect in the parameter of filled pods per sample. While the treatment of goat manure (K), which provides real effect on the weight of dry fields pods. The interaction between MOL (M) and goat manure (P) gave an significant effect in the parameter of the weigh of dry field pods per treatment samples.
  • Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produksi kedelai (Glycine max L.) varietas Baluran dengan aplikasi Mikroorganisme Lokal (MOL) bonggol pisang dan pupuk kandang kambing. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lahan percobaan Politeknik Negeri Jember, menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 pengulangan. Faktor konsentrasi MOL (M) dengan 3 taraf meliputi: 0 ml/L air, 50 ml/L air, 100 ml/L air. Faktor dosis Pupuk kandang kambing (K) meluputi: 0 g/plot, 4 g/plot, 6 g/plot. Analisa data menggunakan ANOVA dan diuji lanjut menggunakan DMRT 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi MOL bonggol pisang (M) memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter jumlah polong bernas persampel. Sedangkan perlakuan pupuk kandang kambing (K) yang memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter pengamatan berat polong kering sawah. Interaksi antara MOL bonggol pisang (M) dan pupuk kandang kambing (P) memberikan pengaruh nyata pada parameter berat polong kering sawah persampel.
