At now problem in PT. Mayatama Manunggal Sentosa there is to many production time. Unoptimal sum of workersthad make the cost production getting more high. At that time company have demand so many exactly, mean thad while less som of workers and make overtime increaseso it make cost production has company spend getting high.&#xD; To aplicate weight scedulling worker using Transportation the firs step that is forcast demand to estimate sum of future demanding using Moving Average, Single Exponential Smoothing, Double Exponential Smoothing, Winter&#x2019;s Multiaplicative Model and Trend analysis Linier.
