  • The study, titled "Examination Management Function Sales To Assess Efficiency and Efeftivitas At PT. Bokormas Mojokerto" is a kind of case study research The purpose of this study was to assess the level of efficiency and effectiveness of sales at PT. Bokormas Mojokerto. Data analysis technique used in this study is through examination tahaptahap management, namely the preliminary preparation stage, the stage of field research, preparation of inspection program are: using the analysis of efficiency and effectiveness as analysis on the feasibility of the standard deviation of the variant to determine whether deviations that occur can still be tolerated or not, and reporting stages. In accordance with the research conducted, it can be concluded that the implementation of sales activities at PT. Bokormas Mojokerto can not say effective, this can be seen not achieve budgeted sales targets, but can be quite efficient seen from the ratio of cost of sales and sales results are relatively small. Based on the above conclusions, the authors suggest that it is better in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales, PT. Bokormas need to increase its promotional activities with the aim of introducing the product in the wider community, improving the distribution channels that have been used, improve and maintain quality of the products produced at any time.
