- In planning the project there are various activities which are numerous, so we need a good management for timely implementation. And no fluctuation of human resources. Project management plays a very important to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively as possible. Directing human resources and other resources which should so walk dijalur toward a predetermined goal. The analysis aims to reveal the project management issues and provides an alternative in the form of development and refinement that better meet the principles of simplicity, practicality and economy of the project. Analysing the costs, time and resources to the rescheduling mechanism (rescedulling) using Primavera Project Planner program From the results of calculations performed by using Primavera Project Planner 3.0 program, obtained a total cost of Rp 8.072.165.470.00 (excluding contractor profit and VAT 10%) of the total project cost is budgeted at Rp. 8.075.910.240.42 (excluding contractor profit and VAT 10%). And scheduling (Reschedulling) from the time of the initial 206 days and with the equitable distribution of resources (resource leveling) acceleration obtained 27 days, from a predetermined time limit.
