  • The research titled ”Compensation Influence to Employee Work-Morale at Damri Company of Malang”. The research based on the importance of compensation consisted of financial and non-financial compensation for the driver employee at Damri Company of Malang which could influence the employee work-morale. The research had purposes to find out compensation and the influence to employee work-morale at Damri Company of Malang. Analytical tool used in the research were scale rate and multiple linear regression. Data collection method used was questionnaire for all employee, they were 32 respondents (drivers). According to the average calculation about scale rate financial and non-financial compensation variable scale which well-felt by the employee and the scale rate result about work-morale variable showed that employee work-force in driver employee at Damri Company of Malang was high valued. Multiple linear regression showed financial and non-financial compensation variable altogether had significant influence to employee work morale with multiple correlation coefficient (R) 0,881. According to regression coefficient result each financial compensation variable 0,469 and non-financial compensation 0,343 showed that financial compensation owed strong influence to the driver employee work-morale at Damri Company of Malang. According to the result, Damri Company of Malang should increase the employee work morale by applying better compensation whether financial or non-financial and attention progress to the supporting facility in order to make better run of the company whether in Bus maintenance or another rlated fcility with the employee activity in the company.
