- This Research take title " Analysis Influence Of Exchange Rate And Inflation To Exporting of Non-Migas East Java Year 1993-2007". Target of this research is to know the influence level of exchange rate ( Rupiah to US Dollar) and inflation to value export East Java non-migas, and To know which variable between exchange rate ( Rupiah to US Dollar) and inflation owning influence most dominant to value export East Java non-migas. Analyzer which used in this research is t test, F test, and also test classic assumption ( Autocorellation, Heteroskedasticities, and Multicolinierities. Result of calculation to the level of influence of exchange rate to exporting of non-migas East Java obtained by coefficient of regression exchange rate variable equal to 0,468652. Meaning if Rupiah exchange rate of get depressed equal to 1%, hence exporting of non-migas East Java will go up equal to 46%. On the contrary, if Rupiah exchange rate of uppressed equal to 1% hence exporting of non-migas East Java will go down equal to 46%. Assumption, other variable remain to. While pursuant to result of calculation, known that East Java inflation cannot explain variation of value export East Java non-migas by parsial because t calculate for the variable of LX2 / inflation is 0,56 < of t tables of 1,782 and reside in in critical area, hence Hi refused and Ho accepted, meaning there are influence of free variable LX2 by parsial to variable tied LY was not significant. This matter because of many there are variable influencing growth of exporting of non-migas East Java which cannot be entered into model, like impact of attack of twin tower of WTC in the year 2001, the happening of detonation of bomb in Bali, and also the existence of new order which mention that each entrepreneur of wood have to get recommendation of Body of Revitalisation Industrial of Forestry (BRIK) before obtaining Exporter letter Enlist Industrial Product of Forestry (ETPIK) of Industrial Department and Commerce (Depperindag). Depressiation of Rupiah exchange rate bring influence which are positive to exporting performance. This matter of implementation that Rupiah exchange rate depressiation will improve competitiveness export in East Java. But that way too keen depressiation will result degradation of economic macroly, its continuation degrade prosperity of society because real earnings of downhill them. For that monetary authority require to control exchange rate to be have fluctuation in boundarys which relative stabilize.
