Java Tectona Banyuwangi.&#xD; The purpose of this study is to determine job motivation (motivator and hygiene) employees, both to find work productivity employees, third to know the significant influence between motivation to employee productivity Tectona PT.Java production part of Banyuwangi.&#xD; Data analysis technique that is analyzed to determine the scale range how motivation and productivity that occur, multiple linear regression analysis to know the influence of motivation to work productivity, F test for test the overall significance of regression coefficients, t tests to test regression coefficient truth or know the effect of each - each variable independent of the dependent variable.&#xD; Based on data analysis was done by analyzing the range&#xD; scale indicates that the motivation came from the motivator in the range high scale while the hygiene endah. Berdasarkan multiple linear regression analysis obtained by regression equation Y = 5.594 + 0.432 XI + 0.410 X2 from testing hypothesis using the test F and T can be inferred motivation effect significant impact on employee productivity.&#xD; From the above conclusion the author recommends.
