- Agriculture constitute foundation of national building to increase earning farmers especially gold-banana farmers. To increase earning and prosperity of gold-banana farmers, it is directed to increase human resource and nature resource which have potential to be developed. To being building fluent in agriculture sector is needed cooperation with specific firm, this cooperation is hoped give motivation to farmers, especially gold-banana farmers which still have potential to be developed. The gold-bananas plant spread all of Indonesian region with the biggest production in Java. This is a large opportunity to Indonesia to export gold-bananas. The gold-bananas plant which be managed intensively by applying technology will give a high profit and have ability to competence others. Beside that, gold-banana enter in commodity what be non-oil and natural gas exports which will give contribution to foreign exchange for Indonesia. Therefore, the developing is priority. The explanation above constituted background for researcher to do research in Burno village to Farmers group of Sumber Jambe Senduro district Lumajang regency. The goal of this study are: 1) describe cooperation pattern to Farmes Group of Sumber Jambe with PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara, 2) to know constraints along with advantage of cooperation to Farmes Group of Sumber Jambe with PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara. 3) To know cost, acceptance and profit farmes for gold-banana. 4) To know comparison earning among farmers group who have cooperation and others in gold-banana commodity. The place of study is carried out purposively. Populations which be used are farmers of gold- banana both male and female, the sample determination which be used are simple random sampling, while to total of respondents 60 people who divide to be 30 farmers of gold-banana who with cooperation and 30 people who farmers did not have cooperation. And to collect data use primary data which be gained by observation, in-depth interview with questionnaire and secondary data, this is carried out by using documentation. Analysis data which be used by cost analysis method, acceptance and profit along with analysis of F-test and t-test. The mechanism scema for gold-banana cooperation that farmers who have cooperation sell their gold-banana to farmers group of Sumber Jambe, the members of farmers who have cooperation choose Sumber Jambe group as marketing college to sell their crop of their gold-banana. The task of farmers group of Sumber Jambe are supply and market the crop of gold-banana from farmers to PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (NSS). The farmers group use supplier service to line gold-banana by Mr. Lili as supplier who have task as mediator among farmers group with PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara to market gold-banana, while PT. Sewu SEgar Nusantara accept, buy and market product of gold-banana from farmers group of Sumber Jambe to Supermarket and store in Surabaya, Malang, Jakarta, Bandung, Bali, Semarang and others. Prerequisite due and duty to make cooperation with PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN) follow: dues of Partner of PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN) have due to get crop about 11 ton per weeks every sending, determination quality standard of crop which be needed suitable market wanting, pay all of transaction in contract time both others, and for farmers side (farmers group of Sumber Jambe): prepare land and supporting facilities from transaction to carried out operational, prepare gold-banana product with quality, farmers group have to send gold-banana product about 11 ton per weeks, prepare gold-banana product suitable asked quality by partner of PT. Sewu Segar Nusantara (SSN), accept paying all of transaction from partner side. Some constraints which be faced by farmers group of Sumber Jambe following: the production crop of gold-banana have not maximal yet, less socialization program of cooperation to gold- banana farmers, and some advantage which be gained following: Price is advantage relative and there are assurance to market price, farmers group of Sumber Jambe accept and buy all of crop of gold-banana, farmers do not need to cost marketing. The discussion result of this study are: mean of fixed cost which be paid by farmers cooperation to land contract in Burno village for 1 ha about Rp. 646.716,67 in years and for non cooperation mean of land contract for 1 ha about Rp. 774.916.67 in year. The mean of cost for farmers cooperation about Rp. 3.976.549,67 and for non cooperation about Rp. 4.765.741,56. and about for acceptance for farmers cooperation about Rp. 18.352.343.33/ha while for farmers non cooperation just Rp. 18.581.833.33/ha. Mean of profit for land 1 ha which be gained farmers cooperation about Rp. 13.714.143,33, while for non cooperation about Rp. 10.031.833,33. While the hypothesis result of farmers earning for farmers cooperation by using t-test. The t-test show that t-test = 2,006, while t table is 1,6711, and then t-test > t table that H1 is accepted. And then mean of earning of gold-banana farmers have significant mean from farmers earning of non cooperation farmers
