Analyzer that used in this watchfulness that is by using scale distance and doubled linear regression. based on distance average calculation result shows that career planning officials in pt. pln (share) unlucky enter in good category. career management officials in pt. pln (share) unlucky enter in good category. based on the result so inferential that career development in officials in pt. pln (share) unlucky enter in good category. hit work spirit officials in pt. pln (share) unlucky enter in category very tall. based on test result simultaneously and partial can prove that career development that consist of career planning and influential career management significant towards work spirit officials. has influence stronger towards employee work spirit. Several suggestions that given to pt. pln (share) supposed unlucky to gets existence employees as working team member, do good work interaction and give their right in this case clarity about their career in works. supposed resort to give freedom and facilities that is hit tool and infrastructure in beraktivitas to employees on the chance of can work according to maximal at company.
