Education not only for those who are perfectly normal in terms of both physical and mentality, but also necessary for those who have either physical or mental deficiency. In the world of education the government made a new breakthrough by providing opportunities and opportunities for children who have special needs to obtain education in regular schools termed "integrated education towards inclusive education." This study aims to identify children with special needs and handling efforts. This research was conducted in Mojorejo SDN-1 which involved 20 subjects, while the source of information is the inclusion of teachers and parents. This research was conducted on September 11 to October 14, 2006. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and test intelligence. Data analysis using descriptive analysis.
