- Adversity Quotient is an ability whose a person have to face some difficulties or the problem happened in their lifes. The investment of good Adversity Quotient by employers, it becoming important motivation for them self. In this case make them sure to show of Self Efficacy to struggle their trades on any situation. Beside, world dynamic business movement was competitive that mybe become trade potency of having, high level of self Efficacy especially at at Home Industry in the Showromm Tanggulangin Region Employer. This research was a co-relational research between Adversity Quotient with Self Efficacy at home industry in the showroom Tanggulangin region. This research aimed to find out about the relation between Adversity Quotient to the Self Efficacy. Analysis technique used in this research was product moment correlation analysis. Data collection method in this research was scale. Population and sample in this research were the members of INTAKO cooperation Tanggulangin with Population consisted of 300 members INTAKO and the samples were 60 people. Before the research, the research did try out. The try out research was Adversity Quotient, there found 32 valid items from 40 items, and in self Efficacy there found 37 valid items from 40 items. The result showed that there was positive significant relation between Adversity Quotient with Self Efficacy, showed by correlation coefficient r = 0,604 and p = 0,000, this meant that if the Adversity Quotient was good, it would be followed by self efficacy employer, in the contrary. The Adversity Quotient gave determinant effective contribution r2 = 0,365 (36,5%) to the Self efficacy, and rest of them 63,5% influenced by another factors.
