- Nowdays, emulation of business have progressively sharply along with opening of free market mechanism system. A company should be able to effective management system in managing operational to make the company was growth. One of the management system which supporting in attainment of company target is working capital management. This research studied about efficiency requirement of working capital company of eternity “ Arjuna, pro. Eternit at Plafon” in Banyuwangi. The efficiency of working capital have to seen from the current activity by cash, receivable, and supply. Methods in this research is descriptive qualitative, this methods explained about situation in this company. The data’s got from observation, documentation, and intervie. From result of analysis which have can be concluded that the company have idle cash, undersize receivable, and too much of supply.
