This research is a case study in cooperative PKGI with the title "The formulation of marketing strategy at business PKGI in Sampang. " The purpose of this study is to investigate the formulation of appropriate marketing strategies with cooperative PKGI, and to know the strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities in formulating marketing strategy in cooperative PKGI. In this study pertained descriptive which describes or depicts a state subject or object of research at the present time based on facts - facts as they are on the case study. The data that is used to obtain results in accordance with the objectives of the research, then in the formulation of marketing strategy is conducted through the first stage determines Business Mission, the second analysis using the analysis of EFE, IFE and SWOT. Based on the above analysis, it is a strategy for aggressive marketing strategy. Based on the above conclusions, the author can mengimplikasiakan that should be on cooperative PKGI in Sampang to use this strategy to the extent they can be done.
