- This research aim to know difference of share return between before and after announcement of Right Issues. By taking sampel counted 13 merged into company is Jakarta Islamic Index ( JII) doing policy of Right Issues at period 2005 up to 2008. This research represent study event by perceiving share return before and after announcement of Right Issues by using realization return ( return realized), while data analysis use Paired Sample T Test. Result from this research do not find the existence of difference which is signifikan between share return before and after announcement of Right Issues, with probability value 0,446 or probability > 0,05 so that can be concluded by that there is him announcement of Right Issues do not have an effect on to share return before and after or equally Right Issues publication do not have information content. This research support research by Wijaksono ( 2002) which checking company conducting Right Issues in BEI ( Effect Exchange Indonesia) in the year 2000-2004 yielding return cummulative before announcement day do not signifikan with return cummulative after announcement day
