Indonesia Telecommunications Division V East Java, with the title Effective Implementation of the Balanced Scorecard Method for Performance Measurement in PT. Indonesia Telecommunications Division V East Java. Where is PT. Telkom is a state-owned company engaged in telecommunications services that aim to build and develop the telecommunications business to the public in the broadest sense, in order to facilitate the smooth public relations both nationally and internationally. The purpose of this research is to explain how the Balanced Scorecard model is applied to the PT.
