Building a workers organization commitment is not just paying Enough payments, but it is Also needs Some other "Such attentions as the joined of the workers in the organization. Joined this Could Be done through the right system of organization Restructure.&#xD; However, the most Important thing in here is the workers through the organization Attitudes Restructure, a positive behavior Could That makes the workers stay in the organization and the negative workers behavior, They Would quit from the organization. The purpose of this study is to know The Relationship Between Attitudes through the organization with the organization Restructure commitment to the government policies.&#xD; The organization commitment is a situation of a worker joined at one side of a specific organization and the purposes are to keep his members of the organization. While the attitude Restructure organization through the evaluative statement is a pleasure and not pleasure&#xD; evaluative statement to the changes That Happened in the organization structure to get Used to the Including environment decreasing, the decreasing of the workers, and the actual size based on the vision, mission, purpose and goals of the organization.&#xD; This study was using a purposive sampling technique, so That the samples of this study were the resource the That civil service workers have joined the organization Restructure, the total was 131 persons. The research instruments were the resource persons of the 26 items of data collection scale attitude, commitment Also scale of 32 items. The analysis technique was using a product moment correlation by Karl Pearson of SPSS program version 13:00&#xD; The result of this study showed that, there was a significance Relationship Between the Attitudes Restructure of the organization and the organization inside the government policy commitment (With r = 0.242: p = 0.015).
