- This research intends to know there were positive and significant influence of Activity Ratio, Liquidity Ratio, Leverage Ratio partially and simultaneously towards the earnings Per Share (EPS). The sample consisted of 15 companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange based on Indonesian Capital Market Directory 2004-2007. The statistical tools that used in this research was multiple linier regression. Data are analyzed by using statistical software SPSS 13th version. This research proved that Activity Ratio (total assets turnover) and Liquidity Ratio (current ratio) partially and simultaneously influenced the Earnings Per Share (EPS) positive and significantly, meanwhile Financial Leverage Ratio (debt to equity) did not influence the Earnings Per Share (EPS).
