- This type of research used in this study a survey form, which is the research that takes samples from a population using questionnaires as the main data collection. Research variables are occupational safety and health on productivity, with the title of the research is: "Influence of Occupational Safety And Health Work Program on Employee Productivity in CV. Technics Pacitan Nest " The purpose of this study was to determine the safety program and employee health and productivity of employees working on the CV. Technics Nest Pacitan. Furthermore, to determine the effect of safety and health programs on the productivity of employees working on the CV. Technics Nest Pacitan. The usefulness of research to be achieved, especially for a company that is expected to be used for the company to maintain properly and correctly so it can continue to improve labor productivity. The analytical tool used in this research is by using a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been done then it can be deduced the following safety and health program workers at CV. Technics Nest Pacitan rated by employees is good. Labor productivity in the CV. Technics Nest Pacitan assessed by the employees is very high. This evidence can prove that the work in the company's employees have to ensure their ability to meet the above targets have been charged to employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis has been done showing the safety program variable (X1) and occupational health program (X2) partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on the productivity of employees working on the CV. Technics Nest Pacitan. Based on the regression coefficient of each veriabel prove that the safety program has a greater influence on the productivity of employees working on the CV. Technics Nest Pacitan. Suggestion to the company that the company expected to keep on course safety and health of employees in the hope to support the activities conducted at the company's employees. Concrete steps that can be done by the company is to further improve the facilities or equipment used to support these programs, namely by providing equipment and facilities or equipment in quality and quantity to meet the needs of employees. It is expected the company to increase the knowledge and skills of employees so that in working to minimize the level of workplace accidents that occurred.
