- The research is explorative research, there is for knowing, processing and analyzing the true of condition for taken conclusion. This research conducted in PT. Sari Melati Kencana (Pizza Hut Malang) with title “Analisis Alur Proses Jasa Pengiriman Pizza Pada PT. Sari Melati Kencana (Pizza Hut Malang)”. Target of research is analyzing process path delivery service pizza which focused in outlet Pizza Hut Malang whether have precisely and for knowing process path every phase require to correct if there is deviation. In this research make data collecting technique observation, interview, documentation. While technique analyse data use to process path diagram appliance (flow chart) and Time Motion Study. Pursuant to result of research can be concluded that restaurant of Pizza Hut Malang having six work element phase and that phase not yet precisely. At applying path process service delivery of pizza there are work element which shouldn't need to be conducted, so that service time exceeding time of standart company. From analysis use process path diagram (flow chart) process path result of repair from six phase becoming five work element phase to be according to company standart. Hence at phase to five needn't be done so that don’t add operation time. Without checker of product, the result of pizza have according to standart company because every operation phase is done with company standart so time and service which given according to company standart.
