- UD. BJ Mendit is one of industry which concentrate in roof-tile making from clay that very famous in Malang city, UD. BJ Mendit is to product roof-tile consist of five kind roof-tile such as karangpilang roof-tile, press roof-tile, mantili roof-tile, wuwung roof-tile, and plesir roof-tile. All of product is resulted by UD. BJ Mendit constituted roof-tile which have soft surface, this is a characteristic of production result quality of UD. BJ Mendit Processing to make roof-tile often experience mistake in resulted roof-tile be physical defect such as damage, crack, broken, sandbar and porous, it is caused there are many bias which often happen in production process both machine side, method and human error. This physical defect cause repeating production and may decrease product price. In order to minimize physical defect of production have to be done improving continually. It may be carried out by QCC (Quality Control Circle) method. This technique use tools from seven tools such as: check sheet, pareta chart, causal chart, control chart, scatter chart, histogram. This QCC (Quality Control Circle) method is carried out 2 (two) steps are Circle I and Circle II, which circle I is porous in small roof-tile about 97.43% and Circle II is porous in small roof-tile about 96.64% thus they experience decreasing of porous about 0.99%, if it is converted in roof-tile measure about 673 roof-tile.
