- We often meet employee of an organization which were doing work stall or demonstration as the form of work un-satisfaction since the employee’s rights, which was the obligation of the organization was not fulfilled. Did the employee’s obligation also fulfilled before they demand their rights to the organization was still contra-version in their relation. Their hope, employee and employer, would be come true if their relationship good. The relation between employee and the organization was important since related the organization’s life to go straight compete with the other organization. That’s why psychological contract tended to the employee’s hope should be fulfilled to reach good employee satisfaction. The research was done to test empirically the relation between psychological contract and employee satisfaction. In this research, the subject used was the employee of 84 people PT. Semen Gresik which was taken by incidental sampling. The measurement tool was scale, that was scale of psychological contract and scale of work-satisfaction arranged by the researcher itself. Data analysis method using product moment technique from Karl Pearson supported by SPSS 12 program. From Data analysis which was done, there found result that (r) 0,761 and (p) 0,000, so that could be concluded that there were positive and significant correlation between psychological contract with work-satisfaction to the employee of PT. Semen Gresik (Persero). It means that the more psychological contract fulfilled, higher the employee work-satisfaction. From the research, there also get (r2) 0,579 which mean that effective donation of psychological contract fulfilling was 57,9% and the rest 42,1% influenced by the other factors in this research.
