Physical changes that occur are directly related to personality, adolescent sexual and social roles in society.&#xD; Changes and developments influence on adolescent sexual urges. This resulted in increased interest in adolescent sexual issues. However this is not balanced with enough knowledge about sexuality, so that teenagers will tend to seek information clandestinely from various media (print, electronic, multimedia / internet etc.) are not responsible. As a result, many teens are trapped in sex behavior because of ignorance of proper sexual behavior. This research is descriptive quantitative approach using a percentage. In this study there is only one variable that is forms of sexual behavior is a behavior related to reproductive functions in the form of touching, kissing, intercourse or related bercumbuan and gender. The sampling technique in this study is the technique of cluster random sampling with a sample of adolescent class X and class XI student who is a private high school in Malang, aged between 15-19 years as many as 239 students. The instruments used in this study is a questionnaire that is a list of questions and a written statement to obtain information such as data from the subject. The results showed that the form of sexual behavior that most teens are behaviors done by the hand, kissed her cheek, kissing the neck, and holds a sensitive area. Respondents who have committed sex related behavior are as many as 13 people. The results also show that the longer the dating period is also increasing the quality of adolescent sexual behavior. The most dominant reason adolescent sexual behavior is an effort to channel the sexual drive and shape the disclosure of a sense of love and affection in couples.
