Civil engineering (General)</subject><description>The aimof this distribution is to minimize the cost of product delivery. Based on that fact, so it necessary to apply the transportation method. It is done to determine the suitable product allocation and minimize the delivery cost. There are same steps to apply the transportation &#xD; method. The first, we predict the supply for April September 2009 by using trend linier and trend &#xD; exponential method. Then we chose the valueof least MAPE. Next, the result of forecasting is processed by NWCR (North West Corner Rule) method. The last, testingby MODI method so it can be gotten the optimum. &#xD; &#xD; From the result of processing data can result the optimum solution by cost total Rp 1.054.729.728,- It can be compared before applying the transportation method.
