- This Research is designed based on the to case study at Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari – Malang, with title " Influence Of Stress Work To work achievement Employees Part Of Instructor at Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari - Malang ". This research aim to know stress work employees seen from physiological stress, psychological stress, behavior stress and to know employees labour capacity in Balai Latihan Kerja ( BLKI) Singosari, to know do job stress have an effect on to employees labour capacity, and to know variable of stress work which from physiological stress, psychological stress, and behavior stress which most dominant or most having an effect on to Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari – Malang Hypothesis which is taken in this research that anticipated by activity stress influence employees labour capacity, and anticipated by psychological stress which have dominant influence to employees labour capacity part of instructor at Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari. Analyzer used to know how stress work and employees labour capacity at Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari is to use to span scale, to know influence and relation which signification between stress work and employees labour capacity use doubled linear regression analyzer, to know influence of signification between stress work with employees labour capacity by simultan use appliance test hypothesis. that is test of F, and to test the existence of influence which is signification between stress work with employees labour capacity partial by self use Hypothesis test that is Test T. Result of calculation of analysis from spanning scale that stress work employees seen from physiological stress, psychological stress, high pertained behavioral stress laying in span scale 120 - 155 is ( high), employees labour capacity while part of instructor in Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari pertained to lower which lay in to span scale 84 - 119 is low. To result of calculation of obtained by doubled linear regression of coefficient of regression variable of stress physiological ( X1) equal to - 0,688, coefficient of regression for the variable of psychological stress ( X2) equal to - 0,717, and coefficient of regression for the variable of my me stress ( X3) equal to - 0,512. deciphrable that if activity stress go up, hence labour capacity will be downhill ( negative) equal to numbers above. To result of calculation of test of F earn concluded. That job stress have influence which signification to employees labour capacity with F calculate equal to 29,335 > F of tables of equal to 2,82. while for calculation to use Test of T got by influence which stresss signification work to employees labour capacity by partial, for physiological stress equal to - 3,462 < from - t of is tables of equal to - 2,02 with storey level of signification 0,001, psychological stress equal to - 3,577 < - t of[is tables of equal to - 2,02 with storey level of signification 0,001, behavioral stress [is] equal to - 3,000 < - t of is tables of - 2,02 with storey level of signification 0,004. From calculation of analysis above psychological variable which have influence most dominant to employees labour capacity with value assess coefficient of regression equal to - 0,717. From result of analysis above can be pulled by conclusion that there are influence which signification between stress work to employees labour capacity part of instructor at Balai Latihan Kerja Industri (BLKI) Singosari – Malang.
