The analytical tool used to measure the performance of district governments Lamongan by using efficiency and effectiveness as well as other supporting raasio the area of financial self-sufficiency ratio, the ratio of activity / harmony, Debt Service Coverage Ratio, and the ratio of growth. Results of analysis according to an analysis tool used to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of government performance Lamongan district as a whole is very effective and efficient, with rates above 100% effectiveness. Based on the ratio of other support to measure the performance of district governments Lamongan ie to the ratio of local financial autonomy and the Debt Service Coverage quite well with an increase every year, while for the activity and growth ratio of less than optimal.
