- Keywords: EMPLOYEE ACHIEVEMENT IN COMPANIES This research is explanatory, namely: a study testing research hypothesis or explanation that highlights the influence of variables safety and health, which is an independent variable dependntnya variables namely employees' performance, where researchers conduct observations in data collection conducted in Leather Industry Company "Surya" Magetan which is located at Jalan Diponegoro No.. 5 Magetan by title research is: "Influence of Occupational Safety And Health Program Employees Achievement Against Employees In The Leather Industry "Surya" Magetan ". The purpose of this study was to determine the safety program and employee health and work performance of employees in production department Leather Industry Company "Surya" Magetan. To find out the safety program employee health and simultaneously have a significant influence the achievement of students and employees know the safety and occupational health program employees, where a strong influence on employee performance Leather Industry Company "Surya" Magetan. The usefulness of research to achieved especially for the company to be used as input companies within the framework of the implementation of safety programs and employee health so as to improve employee performance. The analytical tool used in this study by using scale ranges and multiple linear regression. Based on the calculation of average scale ranges obtained figure of 312.5, which means that the safety program employees work part production, especially the cuts in the Company Leather Industry "Surya" Magetan felt both by the employee. Result of calculation average figures obtained by the scale range of 304.25, these results mean that variable work of the employee health programs, especially the part production cuts on Leather Industry Company "Surya" Magetan is good. Results multiple linear regression analysis have shown variable program safety (X1) and occupational health program (X2), both simultaneously and partially to have a significant impact on the achievement employees of the production, especially the cuts in industrial companies Skin "Surya" Magetan. Some suggestions are given to companies which are expected to party the company always provide guidance to employees, especially in use of equipment that is considered to endanger the safety level and health of employees. It is expected the company to place the machines hazardous production in accordance with the correct working procedures so as to guarantee the safety and health for employees. It is expected that the company always pay attention to the quality assurance equipment health and safety that can truly guarantee on occupational safety and health of employees.
