- This research represent a research that having the character of descriptive at PT Bank Jatim Malang with title "SYSTEMS ANALYSIS INTERNAL CONTROL TO GIVING PROCEDURE OF PUNDI KENCANA’S CREDIT AT PT BANK JATIM MALANG". Target of this research is to know the execution of internal control system in giving of credit at PT Bank Jatim Malang. This Research use documentation technique to collect needed datas and analysis technique, analysis that is used is qualitative analysis with analysing element step of system control that include of intern covering organization chart in its relation with giving of credit, authority system and procedure of giving the credit, healthy practice and also employees which is competence. Result of this research is that PT Bank Jatim in giving of credit have as according to good internal control. This matter can be seen from procedure current giving of Pundi Kencana credit which run by company. Besides, PT Bank Jatim have applied practice which is healthy to be proved with usage of prenumber, implementation of sudden inspection which done 4 times in one year and giving of leave to each employees to eliminate saturation in working. But in its execution there are problems that is existence of geminating of occupation at part of commisioned Account officer to analyse the application of credit and doing survey to debitor candidate business activity has double duty as officer which must plunge to field to look for client. Besides, credit administration side handling client candidate register and examiner of equipment of document has double duty to make of letter offering. Pursuant to conclusion above, hence writer recommend to PT Bank Jatim better have marketing officer to field to look for client candidate and place special officer as make of letter offering. PT Bank of Jatim also have to improve training and development of employees quality. To the interested parties in giving of loan of credit have to be always selective in giving credit at client
