  • Employees are human resources who have the most important role in the company or organization to move its activities. In order for the company's activities run smoothly, then one of the most important factor in the company is to provide for employee motivation. Motivation is an impulse to direct employees and companies to obtain good performance, so that the desires and goals of employees and the company can be reached. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect the work motivation of employees. The research method is qualitative, as the procedures used to obtain data by observing a state in the form of speech and behavior through writing obtained from study subjects were then interpreted correctly. The subject of his research consists of 4 members, namely the Vice Chairman of the Company, Section of Production, Processing, Labor. While the method of data collection by observation and interview. From this research we can conclude that the company's employees Furniture "Arista" Madiun having problems with their work motivation. Inadequate working conditions, salaries, facilities that are less supportive, the climate, are all factors that can affect the work motivation of the employees. Suggested for parties Furniture Company "Arista" Madiun to be more concerned about comfort, ensuring prosperity, give awards, honorium, in order to improve the re-work motivation of employees to promote company.
