- Now, the competition is tighter that causes an enterprise must be in higher service level. To face this tighter competition, every enterprise must modernize or increase their management, decrease fee without decrease the service level to costumer to make them still satisfied and can competitively compete. Performance prism is done by satisfaction and contribution. Performance Prism is a performance measurement method that describes performance of organization as 3 dimensions structure has 5 sides, they are stakeholder satisfaction, strategy, process, capability and stakeholder contribution. There is connection between each side of prism that presents keys to be successful or not performance of an enterprise. Based on the measurement has done, it can be know the whole achievement performance index of PT. Ekamas Fortuna Malang in 2008 measurement period is good by performance score 4.5281
