PLN (Persero) is a power company that has a single authority to plan, build, arouse, and distribute electricity throughout the territory of the republic of Indonesia. Malang Area Network Services and employs 106 people employees, from the individual diversity of thought that sometimes arise that are not the same. Some wanted to keep learning and some are quite with his knowledge now. In this research, the issue becomes a backdrop. The study was conducted from April 1, 2006 until June 30, 2006 at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of East Java Area Network Services and Malang. The study was a descriptive qualitative study, using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Questionnaires given to research subjects as many as 25 people and documentation used to determine the organizational structure and type of training. Triangulation technique in this research also used to determine the validity of the data. By giving the questionnaire and other measures are expected to subject the subject to realize that this reluctance to follow the education and training can be detrimental to himself and his company.
