  • The purpose of this study is to determine what factors are affect consumer behavior in choosing services and education in Malang LP3I to know the factors that most influence consumer behavior in choosing LP3I education services in Malang. The author took the hypothesis that the factor of Social, Personal, and Psychology consists of 9 variables reference variables, the family, the role and status, the situation economic, lifestyle, motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes affect consumer behavior in choosing education services at the Institute Education And Professional Development Indonesia (LP3I) Malang, and alleged that social factors affecting consumer behavior is dominant in selecting service education at the Institute of Education and Professional Development Indonesia (LP3I) Malang. Data analysis technique in this study using factor analysis. From the tool This analysis then shows that there are 9 factors that influence consumer behavior in choosing the institution in LP3I Malang, the reference factor, the family nucleus, the role and status, economic situation, family, motivation, perception, learning, beliefs and attitudes. And the factors that most influence consumer behavior in choose education services in LP3I Malang is a factor of trust and attitudes. In The first hypothesis can be accepted and the second hypothesis is rejected.
