- This study aims to analyze the proportion of total revenue (Local Revenue), DAU (General Allocation Fund) and local expenditure district in Borneo, as well as assess the effect of PAD and DAU to Regional Shopping districts in Kalimantan. The data analyzed comes from the Realization of Consolidated Budget. The results of this study indicate that the average value amounted to BD 2,240,613.836 while for PADt and DAUt at 10217.009 and 155,330.379. The average for PADt DAUt-1 and-1 at 8657.025 and 144,431.705. Regression analysis showed that the PAD and the DAU has a significant positive impact on local expenditure tested either with or without Lag. DAU has a greater impact than the PAD, this can be seen from the regression coefficient and t-statistics. That is known that there flypaper effect, where the government's response in making larger expenditures caused by changes in the amount of DAU compared with PAD alone.
