- The research was survey titled: “Influence of Leadership Style to Employee’s Work-Motivation at Village Cooperation Business Unit (Koperasi Unit Desa) Dau – Malang”. The research aimed to find out the leadership style, employee’s work-motivation at Village Cooperation Business Unit (KUD) Dau Malang and whether if the leadership style has significant influence to employee work motivation at Village Cooperation Business Unit (KUD) Dau Malang. Analytical tools used in this research were scale rate, likert scale, multiple linear regression, while hypothesis used F-test and t-test. The research showed that leadership style at Village Cooperation Business Unit (KUD) Dau Malang included into high category. It was proven by average score of directive leadership variable (X1) which was 211.5, participative leadership (X3) was 209, achievement orientation leadership (X4) was 210.5, while work-motivation at Village Cooperation Business Unit (KUD) Dau Malang was in high category, in variable score 209. Multiple linear regression with directive leadership variable (X1), supportive leadership (X2), participative leadership (X3), achievement orientation leadership (X4) as independent variables, and work motivation as dependent variable found: Y= 2.874 + 0.319 X1 + 0.420 X2 + 0.436 X3 + 0.427 X4 +e. With R2 value 0.808. from F-test there found Fcount 58.760 significance (p) 0.000, so that Ho was rejected. It means that leadership style in simultaneous had significant influence to employee’s work-motivation at Village Cooperation Business Unit (KUD) Dau Malang. From t-test, there found that tcount value of directive leadership (X1) was 0.319, supportive leadership (X2) was 0.420, participative leadership (X3) was 0.436, achievement orientation leadership (X4) was 0.427. From t-test there found that in partial, leadership style has significant influence to employee’s work motivation at Village Cooperation Business Unit (KUD) Dau Malang
