- Interpersonal Competence is an ability in making relationships with somebody else. Since human WHO is a social creature never far from the other human, interpersonal competence is needed Pls somebody live with the other. Had five interpersonal competence domain, that initiative was ability, assertive aility, open attitude abilities, emotional support and conflict resolution abilities abilities. Having interpersonal competence, Would somebody find out how to behave to somebody else, so That it Could minimize misunderstanding and violence in the social environment. Interpersonal competence Could Be Trained through social games, Nowhere in the social gaming Involve always somebody else. In the game, children pursued to cooperate and concluding the existing problems along the play. There hoped That Could social games support the building of interpersonal competence in children WHO most of the time Used to play. The research Used with descriptive qualitative data collection method using interviews and direct observation. Subject Used in the research was three children, those are two subjects with age 7 years old and one subject with age 8 years old WHO still do social games. According to the research, there Could Be That concluded in this research, school age children owed WHO did a social game of interpersonal competence, though interpersonal domain competence owed by three different subjects, though in domain competence or interpersonal domain
