- This is an explanatory research with the title Analysis Influence Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Return on Asset toward Price Stock (Study on Food and Beverage Companies Which is Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange). Purpose of this research to predict influence of EPS, PER, and ROA toward stock price of food and beverage companies is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2006-2008. Data that used in this research is secondary data of annual report such as balance sheet, statement of income and loss report, statement of financial report along with stock price data. Technical analysis that used in this research to test the hypothesis is multiple regression technique which is counted by using SPSS 14 for windows. Result analysis with multiple regresion test and hypotesis test is for F test get result is 24,637 with significant value 0,000, means that Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Return on Asset simultaneously has a significance influence toward the stock price. Based on t-test, t-test result for Earning Per Share is 8,001, with significance value 0,0000. t-test result for Price Earning Ratio is -0,400, with significant value 0,692. t-test result for Return on Asset is -1,844 with significant value 0,073. Partially test concludes that Earning Per Share has a significant influence toward stock price of food and beverage companies which is listed in Indonesian stock exchange. Meanwhile Price Earning Ratio and Return on Asset did not have a significant influence toward stock price of food and beverage companies which is listed in Indonesian stock exchange
