- This Research leave from existence of public relations phenomenon in subprovince of Banyuwangi, namely meliahat of[is existence of public relations activity at part of public relations local government of subprovince of Banyuwangi in informing workplan to society. Basically relation activity of masyatakat governmental in local government is to give service to society and improve positive image of local government. But practically imej expanding in society that obsolence service of public specially at activity of liaison not merely simply story which from mouth to mouth without truth. How is difficult of him process bureaucracy in service of society. This phenomenon indicate that management of service of public a long way off from what expected and oppose against what have been contained in orders mentioning that society is entitled to get service which with quality as according to target and principalitys service of public and also according to standard service of public which have been determined. Do not seldom also society assume that liaison activity only representing activity having the character of rutinitas This research have a purpose to know public relations activity in informing workplan to society, where this research of descriptive type mengunakan qualitative which is portrayed in the form of narrative with dig of data use tehknik interview and documentation. Data analysis the used is analysis of domain utilize to obtain;get picture in general and relative totally whereof which come within at problems fundamental by tracing existing semantical [relation/link] that is seen from. Result of research indicate that becoming public relations activity in informing workplan to society cover (1). Executor of public relations activity, in government of subprovince of Banyuwangi executor of public relations activity by superintendent of public relations and assisted by Sub Units Service Of Information, Sub Units Processing Of Information, Sub Units of RTF ( Radio, Television and Film) pursuant to specification and duty of is each sub units. Become governmental public relations activity at part of public relations local government of subprovince of Banyuwangi only representing a eye rutinitas and there no difference with governmental public relations activity in area other area. given suggestion from result of this research is expected can become consideration and input in taking decision to local government of subprovince of Banyuwangi specially in developing and improving roles of public relations so that policy socialization and or workplan to in informing to society can reach maximally.
