- Purpose of this research is to know the effect of organization’s commitment and participation in budgeting process, both partially and simultaneously, to managerial performance. The used analitical instrument is double linear regression. The measuring rod to determine the effect of organization’s commitment and participation in budgeting process to managerial performance is through looking over how big its effect if Fand T-test is conducted. Double linear regression analysis results on organization’s commitment and participation in budgeting process has significant effect on managerial performance. The regression equation result of Y = 0.802 + 0.451 X1 + 0.555 X2 proves that organization’s commitment has big effect on managerial performance improvement. After hypothesis test was done both partially and simultaneously, it is obtained the result that organization’s commitment and participation in budgeting process has significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, to managerial performance
