Also knew influent of compensation which content direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation to the work satisfaction. And which one had the dominant value of its. The populations of this research were 35 employee of Research and development Bureau and Human Resource & General Bureau in Perum Jasa Tirta I Malang. The sampling technique was used total sampling because it used all of population amount. Analyze data tool was scale rating and multiple regression. Hypothesis test was used F test and t test and also regression coefficient to tested influent of compensation to the work satisfaction and the dominant value of its. Based on analyze data results, there were 114,2 worth of direct financial compensation that was very good. Indirect financial compensation had worth 116,4 that also very good. And then work satisfaction had worth 112,2 that was high. The determinant coefficient was 73,1%. It was capability of financial compensation gave influent to the work satisfaction 73,1% and 26,9% from another. Regression coefficient of direct financial compensation was 0,462 and 0,330 of indirect ones. The dominant value of its was direct financial compensation.
