  • This research is a case study in cooperative "SAE" Pujon Malang with the title "Analysis Inventory Planning and Control of Raw Materials on Cooperatives" SAE "Pujon Malang". The purpose of this study is to determine planning and inventory control of raw materials employed by the company and to assist companies in planning and inventory control of raw materials appropriate to optimize inventory. The analysis tools are 1) Safety Stock 2) Re-Order Point 3) EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) 4) Maximum Inventory. From the results of research conducted, it can be concluded that prior to the planning and raw material inventory control, ordering and inventory of raw materials companies pengolaannya less than optimal, this can be seen from the large expenses resulting from the ordering and supply of materials tub. By doing the planning and inventory control of raw materials, companies can manage raw materials and know kekrapan optimal order. Based on the above conclusions, the advice can be given author is the best company to do the planning and raw material inventory penegendalian optimally in terms of: 1) Materials used to provide the best service to customers, 2) Companies with efficient production, 3) Set the number of inventories with certain level to control the funds that are embedded in stock. In planning and inventory control of raw materials, for use and the optimal use of raw materials, the company should make reservations frequency 6 times with kuntitas 135,290 for all products.
