- CV. Karya Piranti Mandiri is a company that concentrate in the manufacture side that producing a manufacture equipment from stainless steel and this company is facade a problem in where it is have some of suppliers that supply critical item like stainless steel. The quality of the stainless steel is not same with the specification. Beside that the suppliers often exceed the delivered lead time that already agreed. By this problem, CV. KPM demands to do a supplier evaluation and to selection where is the suppliers that must be selected by seeing the constraint limitation and anything of characteristic from the suppliers. That for, it is very important to take the decision in the right supplier selection. According to those problem, a writer try to give the alternative of the problem solving in taking the decision by integrating Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Linier Goal Programming (LGP) Method. In where AHP is used to determine the criteria and the sub criteria in order to evaluate and to select the supplier by counting the weight of criteria that latter it will be ranged to scoring the suppliers. After done the scored the of the suppliers by the AHP method and then it will be integrated into LGP Method to know the chosen supplier and the order quantity by considering the constraint of suppliers limitation, demand and the purchasing cost of stainless steel. The chosen suppliers for October are PT. Baja Karya with the order quantity amount of 150 threads and PT. NAR amount of 47 threads. For November and December the supplier was chosen is same with October are PT. Baja Karya and PT. Nar with the order quantity amount of 150 threads and 17 threads for November. While for December the order quantity amount of 150 threads and 2 threads.
