- Title: “Demographic factor influence and personality type to computer anxiety to the Accounting Department students of University of Muhammadiyah Malang” (Writer, Advisor I, Advisor II) The research aimed to find out the influence of demographic factors which consisted of sex, achievement index, and personality type from preference factors: ekstrovert- introvert, sensing-intuitif, thingking- feeling, and judgingperceiving to computer anxiety of accounting department students of University of Muhammadiyah Malang. Those one hundred instruments were returened, which was considered as 100% responds level. Research variables measurement was CARs (Computer Anxiety Ratio Scale) and MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator). Analytical tool used to test was chi square for demographic factor and t-test independent sample for preference factor/ Myers Briggs Type Indicator. From the chi square test and independent sample t-test, there found that according to the demographic factor test among sex and achievement index to the computer anxiety, which had significant influence was achievement index, while sex didn’t influence the student’s computer anxiety. According to the MBTI factors test consisted of four preference factor to the computer anxiety, four of them has significant influence to the computer anxiety. Ekstrovert, sensing, thingking and judging has positive influence to the computer anxiety, and introvert, intuitif, feeling, perceiving had negative influence to the student’s computer anxiety.
