- This research represent the analysis of labour absorbtion in Province of East Java of period 2001-2005 depicting energy state work by collecting data which its value can be expressed with the number. Its target to know how labour absorbtion in East Java Province; and to know whether/what variable PDRB have an effect on to labour absorbtion in Province of Java of period East 2001-2005. Analyzer used to know how labour absorbtion is by counting/calculating labour growth and to know whether/what there is influence of among/between variable PDRB to labour absorbtion is by regresi is panel data hereinafter thit obtained from the regresi require to be tested to prove it. Result of calculation of labour growth obtained by that growth PDRB do not is always followed by labour growth in is same proportion. Matter of this means growth PDRB followed by labour growth but in smaller proportion, hereinafter influence of variable PDRB to labour absorbtion show the existence of influence which signifikan. From result of above concluded by that high PDRB not yet permeable of course labour, there is something else able to influence the the absorbtion like technology and mount the society consumption. Later then influence of among/between variable PDRB to labour absorbtion show the influence which signifikan, its meaning that PDRB by signifikan can influence the labour absorbtion in East Java Province.
