- This research constituted directly observation to Drinking Water District Firm of Blitar Regency, by title ANALYSIS OF FIRM PERFORMANCE BY USING BALANCE SCORECARD METHOD (Case Study to DrinkingWater District Firm of Blitar Regency). Which PDAM are one firm of BUMD who concern in water processing which have goal to increase drinking water need, increase service to society and help region economial development especially Blitar Regency. The goal of this study is to know how performance of DrinkingWater District Firm in four perspective are financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business perspective and learning and growing perspective. This study is case study, that research that be carried out by directly observation to object which observed. The data collecting method by using documentation. The data analysis by using Balance Scorecard method and AHP (Analytical Hirarcy Process) method. The result shows that based on the analysis result by using Balance Scorecard performance in PDAM entirely have been carried out suitable with procedure and the steps according to theories. While the based on the AHP model show that firm performance more priority than others. Then it is followed by performance based on the internal business process perspective, financial perspective, and learning and growing perspective.
